Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.


 Our affiliates include financial companies, such as Financial Services of Lowry, Lowry State Bank, Glenwood State Bank; and nonfinancial companies, such as Glenwood State Agency, Glenwood State Bank Real Estate, M & N Investments, Inc.

Nonaffiliates: 

Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and nonfinancial companies.


 First National Bank of Osakis does not share with nonaffiliates so they can market to you

Joint Marketing:

A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.
