We’ve spent much of the last year preparing for a “Core Conversion”, replacing many of our existing systems with new cutting-edge technology! We appreciate your business and patience during the process. Please contact First National Bank of Osakis with any questions.

CONVERSION TIMELINE

What to expect BEFORE conversion weekend:
Week of September 10New Debit and ATM Cards arrive; begin using them Monday, October 9th after 5:00am.  Continue to use your current Debit Card until that time.  
Wednesday, October 4After 3:00pm you will not be able to make transfers or Mobile Check Deposits through Online banking or Mobile app.
What to expect DURING conversion weekend:
Thursday, October 5Final statements will be printed and mailed; eStatements will be emailed.Continue to use your current Debit/ATM Card for purchases and at ATM’s.Online Banking and Mobile Banking will enter inquiry-only mode at 3:00pm.  You will be able to view balances and history, however, you will not be able to make transfers, Mobile Deposits or Bill Payments. Download the FNBOsakis app from your device’s app store
Friday, October 6Any deposits made into your account will not be reflected in your balance until Tuesday, October 10th. Continue to use your current Debit/ATM Card for purchases and at ATM’s.Online Banking and Mobile Banking will remain in inquiry-only mode. Download the FNBOsakis app from your device’s app store
Saturday, October 7Any deposits made into your account will not be reflected in your balance until Tuesday, October 10th.Continue to use your current Debit/ATM Card for purchases and at ATM’s.Online Banking and Mobile Banking will remain in inquiry-only mode.
Sunday, October 8Any deposits made into your account will not be reflected in your balance until Tuesday, October 10th. Continue to use your current Debit/ATM Card for purchases and at ATM’s.Online Banking and Mobile Banking will remain in inquiry-only mode.

* If you make a deposit and need to access those funds with your Debit Card, you may contact the Bank to make those funds available.

What to expect AFTER conversion weekend:
Monday, October 9Begin using your new Debit Card for any purchases or at ATM’s at 5:00am. Destroy your old Debit Card.  Update any automatic or recurring charges you were paying with your old Debit Card information. Login to the new Online Banking from our website or new Mobile Banking app.  If applicable, recreate any balance or transaction alerts for your accounts.
